(trans. ‘golden dot’) introduces an unknown lightness into the traditional forms of the urinal. The defined and elegant edges give the urinal a clear and confident presence in space it occupies. A golden dot, set into the simple white ceramic surface, acts as a playful accent and focus. Thanks to the waterless system, the contact between basin and wall became redundant, and Goldpunkt is therefore carried by a horizontal base almost suspended in space. In contrast to the standard white ceramic basin, the materiality of the supporting base element can be chosen: Natural stone, stainless steel or timber – depending on the particular spacial arrangements and the individual taste of the client.
